Why MASC?

The Midwest Animal Sheltering Conference is one of the largest and most impactful gatherings of animal welfare professionals in the nation. In 2019, our inaugural event attracted over 260 attendees representing 101 organizations. In a post-conference survey, attendees rated their conference experience as 4.52 out of 5 stars, and 94% of respondents said they will attend the conference again in 2020. The Midwest Animal Sheltering Conference is unique in that the low cost to attend attracts members from large and small organizations alike, many of which are not able to travel to national conferences. We offer professionals in animal sheltering and rescue the invaluable opportunity to network and learn the most progressive lifesaving strategies in the industry.
