Mission.
The mission of Missouri Coalition of Animal Care Organizations is to transform the collective impact of animal welfare organizations through a collaborative network that supports Missouri’s companion animals and their communities.
Vision.
We envision a strong collaborative network between animal care organizations, advocates, and communities in order to: promote the well-being of companion animals, create communities that compassionately and sustainably care for animals in need, and decrease the number of unwanted, lost, and neglected companion animals.

Conference.
Midwest Animal Sheltering Conference is our region’s only networking and training opportunity exclusively for animal shelters and rescues. The conference is hosted annually in Columbia, MO.
