The Missouri Coalition of Animal Care Organizations is deeply rooted in three core values that serve as guiding principles in all we do: collaboration, kindness, and positivity. We believe that a strong commitment to these philosophies ensures the effectiveness and integrity of our organization.
Collaboration.
Missouri Coalition of Animal Care Organizations is committed to building a strong collaborative network between animal care organizations, advocates, and communities. As a result, we act deliberately to engage others, and we embrace diversity and open-mindedness in order to elevate our collective impact.
Kindness.
We believe that the best collaborative efforts are built on a strong foundation of kindness, respect, and generosity. We aim to make others feel valued and, by default, we assume that we’re all operating to the best of our abilities. Additionally, we give generously of our time, talents, resources, knowledge, and innovations so that we may all share great success.
Positivity.
We focus on the good in ourselves, others, and the world around us, because we know what we focus on grows. We honor this commitment by choosing positivity above all else - through our actions, our words, and the energy we share with others.
